Position: Probate Paralegal

Pay: $24-$28/hr (depending on experience)

Company Overview: The Law Offices of Daniel A. Hunt is a fun and fast-growing law firm specializing in Estate Planning, Trust Administration and Litigation, and Probate. People are our number one priority. We value our clients and employees above all else.

We are in search of a certified probate paralegal for our Estate Administration team at our Sacramento office. We are looking for team members who care first and foremost about people. We seek someone who is honest, helpful, efficient, accountable, and knowledgeable. They must be organized, emotionally intelligent, and work well under pressure.


  • Preparing probate documents from the initial petition to the final accounting
  • Performing legal research
  • Communicating on the attorney’s behalf
  • Email management on behalf of the attorney
  • Speaking with clients, scheduling deadlines, and filing documents with courts.

Experience: The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, be familiar with Judicial Council forms, and be knowledgeable with the rules of civil procedure.
